I'm still looking for the chili dip of my dreams -- is this it? Sounds good, right from the microwave!
Ingredients

1 8oz pkg

cream cheese
|
|
1 8.5oz can
|
chili
|
|
1/2 cup
|
shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
2 Tbl
|
chopped cilantro
|
|
|
crackers,
for the serving
|
Preparation
On a microwaveable pie dish, spread cream cheese and top with chili thence cheddar cheese. Microwave(!) on high for 45 seconds to a minute or until cheddar cheese is melted and sprinkle with cilantro.
