Notes
I found this a bit heavy for my taste. It makes an awful lot.
Ingredients

hard-boiled eggs,
chopped

2 cups
|
cooked chicken breast,
diced
|
|
1 10.8oz can
|
condensed cream of chicken soup
|
|
2 cups
|
diced celery
|
|
1 small jar
|
pimentos
|
|
1 1/2 cups
|
mayonnaise
|
|
1 cup
|
slivered almonds
|
|
2 cups
|
cooked rice
|
|
4 tbl
|
minced onion
|
|
2 tbl
|
lemon juice
|
|
1 tsp
|
salt
|
|
1/4 tsp
|
pepper
|
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
