So, like, I had this in my back pocket for a -long- time, believing it the whole while a damned -lie-. It certainly could not be any good.
Well, Hilary who usually will only politely consume my various experiments in dressing actually went back for SECONDS! In the same sitting!
Ingredients

garlic,
split
|

avocados,
peeled and sliced
|
|
1
|
small onion,
finely diced
|
|
1 clove
|
small tomato
|
|
2-4 tsp
|
diced green chiles (poblanos)
|
|
1 tsp
|
salt
|
|
1/2 cup
|
mayonnaise
|
Preparation
Rub a bowl with the garlic and the mash avocados in engarlicked bowl. Mix onion, tomato, chiles, salt and mayonnaise to a smooth, sauce-like consistency. Chill and serve.
