I'm a big fan of sweet chili sauce, though sadly not a big fan of the sodium content in some of the prepared ones. I don't know if this is going to end up being a placeholder or what: the amount of fish sauce contains about a day's worth of sodium, so my mileage may vary.
Plus, thi is one of those world-sufficiency things and I don't know that fish sauce is going to make it into my "ten ingredients" bag.
