My gut instinct says that Candidate One is the more likely favorite at the end of the day, however the fact that this one used both cinnamon and a whopping two -cups- of honey made it a bit more interesting sounding if only for the using of two -cups- of honey...
Ingredients

nutmeg

honey

zucchini,
grated

1/2 cup

walnuts,
chopped
|
Preparation
Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg and fold in remaining ingredients, stirring minimally. Bake at 325F for 60 minutes.
