$200.00 Salad Dressing
Yield:
1 1/2 pints
Notes:
A nice dark, sweet dressing perfect for spinach salad. Only downside is that it makes an -awful- lot. Its awful good, but I don't know if I'd go much more than $75 on this one.
Ingredients:
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp celery seed
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1 cup salad oil
1 tsp grated onion
Preparation:
In a double boiler, heat all ingredients except the grated onion. Allow to cool to lukewarm and beat until creamy. Add the grated onion and serve or refrigerate.
